This is my first attempt at a blog site.  I have NO IDEA what I’m doing, but I’m not letting that stop me from moving forward with it. This is an experiment of sorts, so please be patient with any screw-ups that I may make.

My name is Ryan and I am a single Dad living in the Philadelphia area.  I have an amazing 14 year old daughter who lives with me every other weekend (not even CLOSE to enough time with her).  I’m at the beginning of a new career.  My jobs for the last 17 years have been in either retail management/sales or outside sales and I have completely burned out on both of those career paths.  I’m now back in school and just finished my Associates degree in Computer Networking at ITT-Tech. I’m starting this July (2010) at DeVry University in order to complete my Bachelors degree.
